WELCOME TO FRIENDS OF ELLIS
Creating a good profile only takes a few minutes. Here's what we need so we can review and approve yours.
WHO CAN JOIN?
Friends of Ellis currently welcomes couples, single women, and multi-partner relationships who genuinely intend to participate in the FoE community.
We do not currently accept profiles for single heterosexual men.
If your relationship, identity, or situation doesn't fit neatly into the available profile categories, just explain it in your profile. We'd rather understand than assume.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER
- Have photos ready. Your profile should include clear, current photos representing everyone who will be using the account.
- Single women: include at least one clear photo of yourself.
- Couples: include at least one individual photo of each partner and one photo showing both of you together.
- Throuples or other multi-partner relationships: include at least one individual photo of each person and one photo showing everyone together.
- Face photos are NOT required. We understand and respect the need for discretion. Your photos simply need to reasonably represent the person or people described in the profile.
- Complete your profile. Tell us a little about yourself or yourselves, your interests, your experience or curiosity about the Lifestyle, and what kinds of connections you're hoping to make.
- Use an accurate location. If you live outside the Spokane / Inland Northwest area, tell us why you're joining Friends of Ellis and how you expect to participate in the community.
MAKE IT A PROFILE PEOPLE WANT TO READ
Tell people something about you beyond sex. Personality, humor, hobbies, interests, what you're exploring, and what kinds of connections you're hoping to make all give people something to start a conversation about.
You don't need to have everything figured out. If you're new and still exploring, say that.
Be honest, keep it positive, and give people a reason to come say hello.
YOUR FIRST 2 DAYS ARE ON US
Once your profile is approved, you'll receive 2 complimentary days of membership to explore Friends of Ellis.
Browse profiles. Check the Newsfeed. See who's attending events. Send messages. Get a feel for the community.
After the complimentary period ends, an active Friends of Ellis membership is required to continue accessing member features.
We'd rather let you experience the community before asking you to become a member.
PROFILE APPROVAL
New profiles are personally reviewed before approval.
Incomplete profiles, profiles that don't clearly represent the people using them, or registrations that appear unlikely to participate in the FoE community may be declined or returned for more information.
If we misunderstand your relationship, identity, location, or situation, reach out. We're happy to take another look.
