FRIENDS OF ELLIS RULES
- FoE is an adult Lifestyle (Swingers) group in Spokane, WA. We currently have two venues. One is a monthly Meet and Greet held at a local bar in North Spokane. The other is a monthly party where we rent out the facility to hold "On-Premise" parties.
- Friends of Ellis is for Couples and Single ladies, basically. There is a lot of gray area here due to how one can identify. The one situation we do not allow is a single heterosexual guy being creepy in the corner. So we do not allow single men.
- Single ladies are highly respected in the Friends of Ellis Community. Stalking or harassment of single ladies is never permitted and, if excessive, can result in temporary or permanent suspension of a couple's membership.
- Friends of Ellis does not release a guest's private information to other guests; nor does Friends of Ellis sell guest information. To contact a Friends of Ellis guest, you will need to ask the guest directly at a Friends of Ellis party.
- Couples should arrive and depart the event together.
- No means no, so if someone tells you no, we ask you to respect this decision.
- Whether you are a man or a woman, please ask for the consent of others before touching.
- Please respect the Friends of Ellis venue at all times by keeping it clean and picking up after yourself. If you have an accident, please clean it up, and/or notify staff to help you.
- All guests should respect the dignity of others. No rude conduct toward guests or staff will be permitted.
- If you enter a play area, and are not playing, we kindly ask that you whisper or do not talk at all.
- Please do not invade the personal space of others while they are playing. If there is a doubt, please ask them if they would like your company.
- Please keep your voice down outside and respect the neighborhood.
- Friends of Ellis has a no-tolerance policy for drugs or prostitution.
- No cameras, cell phone cameras or recording devices are permitted for use.
- Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or will be denied entrance.
- Promoting competing events or services (paid or free) at Friends of Ellis or on Friends of Ellis may result in membership suspension. In particular, any parties advertised on the same weekend as a FoE event will result in immediate account review.
- You agree to indeminify and hold the club, its management, staff, agents and venues, harmless of any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to the same) made by yourself or a third party, for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by them or their property howsoever caused.
