Need an ADA room (Double Queen Only), specific location, quiet area, center of attention, or special accommodation? Let us know. Room assignments are finalized shortly before the event and confirmed at check-in.

ADA rooms are limited and addigned first-come, first-served.

Hotel Check-In Notice:

A valid credit card will be required at hotel check-in for incidentals. The hotel may place a temporary authorization (often around $100) per room. This is standard hotel policy and is released after checkout, subject to the hotel’s procedures.

Tickets: Quick Guide

Everyone needs their own ticket. No carload pricing or extra guests per room.

Couples

Weekend (King or Double Queen): Staying the full weekend.
Shared Room Couple: Staying with another couple who already has a room.
Party Only: Not staying overnight.

Single Females

Weekend King: Full weekend with your own room.
Shared Room (Throuple): Staying with a couple.
Party Only (Throuple): No overnight stay.

Single Males

Allowed only as part of a throuple.
Choose: Throuple Weekend Shared Room or Throuple Party Only.

Purchase 1 Couple Ticket + 1 Single Ticket that matches your stay type.

Thursday Add-On

Arrive early. This night isn’t part of the official event, regular guests will still be present, but fun will still be had.
Decorating outside your room starts Friday.
